Before real estate, Heela ran and expanded a national business that required industrial space across multiple locations — warehousing, storage, logistics. What started as an operational necessity became a genuine passion. Managing premises, negotiating leases, understanding what a business actually needs from its space — she found herself more energised by the property side than anything else. That realisation led to a deliberate career change.
Heela obtained her real estate licence and launched Vennard with a clear focus: small industrial property under 1,000 sqm across Western Sydney. The segment the major agencies overlook. The clients who deserve a specialist rather than whoever’s available.
